If distressed wood, vintage antiques, shiny accessories, and neutral colors are your thing, then shabby chic interior design is right up your ally. Sanded distressed furniture revealing a layer or two of paint color is one way that gives the furniture an aged look. The color palette should be simple and neutral to make the décor standout.
